1. Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026 comes into effect on 1st September.

      Download these slides to find out how the statutory guidance has changed and what DSLs should do as a result.

    • Staff KCSIE Quizzes

      Use these to evidence your staff's understanding of the guidance and see the national knowledge gaps from last year.

    • Translations of Part 1

      All staff are now expected to have read and understood Part 1, including auxiliary staff who may have EAL. Use our free translations to enable this. Available in 12 community languages.

3 From 2026, all adults working in a school must have read Part 1 of KCSIE. For staff who have English as an additional language, use these free translations to help.
