So we made this quick survey to give to pupils, giving them a chance to disclose issues before the holidays. There are two versions: - [Click here for the worksheet version ](https://static.lgfl.net/LgflNet/downloads/digisafe/SafeSummer2020.pdf)you can see in the image to download, print or share it in A4 format. - If you are a G Suite school and you prefer an online form, [click here to copy a Google Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/d/1Uaf3LQkE8fvrEtmnv2RxDafFpOiXmz6sxlvE-7EnHZw/copy) into your platform (the data doesn’t come to us). Please check with your DSL (if that’s not you) before you use the survey and be sure you know how you will handle disclosures in line with school policy (good time to remind staff, students and parents?). And remember children and young people haven’t had the same opportunities to reach out for help during lockdown, so why not give it a try!
